Meet Goran Jekić

Balkan Grill is located in Bol on the island of Brač and is led by owner and head chef Goran Jekić.

The restaurant is family-run. Meat, sauces and side dishes are prepared on site using original house recipes.

Dishes are prepared on a solid metal electric grill, allowing precise heat control while preserving juicy texture and distinctive grilled character.
